Q43y Series Hydraulic Alligator Shear

  Double blade alligator shear is a mchine  with both shearing and packing functions.

Usage and Features

This serises machine is used for cold shearing of scrap profile metal, such as bar steel, square steel, angle steel, steel beam, steel plate and steel pipe, and waste structure metal, for processing equipment of metal recycling company and furnace charge processing equipment of foundry and other shearing treatment.




Main features:

1, Hydraulic system is used. Small size, light weight, small inertia, low noise, run steady, flexible operation, big shearing section, safety and overload protection, and so on.
2, Hydraulic-electric control system is used. Cylinder can start, run and stop at any position. Adjusting movement(crawling) and automatic running can be achieved according to actual requirement.
3, It has high efficiency, low labour intensity, safety comparing to flame-cutting. Lots of steel, oxygen and calcium carbide are saved. Economic effect is much big.
