Q91y-700 II Gate type scrap shredder machine (double layer material box)
Double layer material box are mainly used for various waste assemblies, under normal size 7500x2500x1500mm (l x W x H).The form encloses a certain density of mass after packaging compression.After extrusion, shearing and machining, light and thin materials are processed into shear heavy materials.It uses a counter control model to cut the product to the desired size after changing the count and adjusting the feed length.It has a 1050mm wide cutting edge and a maximum cutting width of 1000mm.Cutting loose scrap steel is particularly useful.Features open charging means.Volume up to 28 cubic meters.It packs the waste material during the waste extrusion process of the compression wing and the compression cover.Charging can be added synchronously during shearing to reduce the time wasted from charging during stops.
We provide 4 types in this category that range from 500 to 1,250 tons shearing force.These machines have a blade measuring 1500mm to 2000mm which are economical and suitable for shearing all metal scrap materials up to that width. It can also shape the scrap with the upper and two side compression.The machine is controlled by electric-hydraulic system, it is steady in performance, reliable in work and easy in operation.
