Y81-500 Metal Baler Machine for High Density outcome
Y81 series of scrap metal balers are applicable in steel plants,recycling companies,
ferrous & non-ferrous smelting industry to bundle metal scraps
(steel,copper,aluminum,stainless,ELV cars,steel)into acceptable furnace charges.

This machine is designed for processing plastic scrap metal, make its compression forming, become a high density of smelting raw material for the purpose of design and manufacture of the press, less than 5 mm thickness of the plastic black metal stamping, shearing tailings material, PuGang turning, shavings and broken material, etc., are available under the cold machine is compressed into rectangle bag piece, so that the storage, transportation and smelting.
1. Semi-automatic working cycle:
Turn knob switch on operating table to semi-automatic position.
Press the cover closing button, the machine starts to perform cover closing → cover closing in place → side cylinder forward → side cylinder forward → master cylinder forward → master cylinder pressure reaches the set value, sending signals → system pressure relief → door opening → roll out the package → master and side cylinder return → master and side cylinder return in place → cover cylinder return in place. At this point, a packaging cycle for the machine ends.
2. Manual working cycle:
Turn the knob switch on the operating table to manual position.
Press the button to close the lid and run the cover cylinder until the lid is in place.
Press the side cylinder forward button, side cylinder operation in place.
Press the forward button of the master cylinder, and the master cylinder runs in place.
Press the open door button to open the door in place.
Press the return button, master cylinder, side cylinder return operation in place, cover cylinder return operation in place;
Press the close door button to close the door in place.
At this point, a packaging cycle for the machine ends.
3. Click work:
Turn the knob switch on the operating table to the point moving position.
Press the operation button of an oil cylinder, the oil cylinder will start to run, release the button, the oil cylinder will stop.
The point operation is not used as a package production run of the machine, but only for machine debugging.
