2.1 Materials that can be handled
Psx-5060 scrap metal crushing production line is driven by 380V motor and can process 3 ~ 8 tons of scrap aluminum per hour, including:
2.1.1 Foam materials, waste aluminum, waste bicycles, cans, waste paint cans, etc.
2.1.2 Household appliances, computer cases, small washing machines, small refrigerators, etc. (shell thickness is less than 4mm).
2.1.3 Color tile board, coated plate, car door, etc.
2.2 Maximum feed size
The inlet size of crusher is 1600mm×466mm. In order to ensure uniform feeding, the production efficiency will be higher if the feeding size is controlled according to the above 70% in actual operation.
2.3 Untreatable materials (including materials that cannot be handled for a long time)
The non-breakable materials of the equipment are listed in the following table.
Before feeding, check strictly in accordance with the requirements in the table to remove non-breakable materials.
