SP200-300 Pre-shredder principle and performance
The front part of the pre-crusher is provided with a feeding trough. The feeding method is to put the pre-compressed waste car body or scrap steel, cans and other packaging clips on the trough by the steel grasping machine or electromagnetic sucker operator, and then raise the front end of the trough with hydraulic cylinder to dump and slide the waste into the pre-crusher.
Pre mill with a group of rotation of the roller, roller gear wheel, driven by hydraulic motor through the gear reducer mechanism under the roller, again by the other side through a pair of gear transmission device on the roller, and on the rotating speed of the roller forming 4:1 ratio, scrap steel, cans, etc can be waste packing material or auto body into appropriate size,Then through the conveyor to the crusher feed port for the final waste crushing and decomposition.
The upper roller is equipped with four cutting wheels, each wheel has seven teeth, the lower roller is equipped with five cutting wheels, each wheel also has seven teeth, but the shape of the design is different from the upper roller.
Note: The metal bales with wirerope and steel bar can not be processed, the bales length will be ≤1500mm, the sectional area will be ≤650*650mm,Specific size according to customer's customization.
The pre-shredder has two rotating rollers driven by hydraulic motors. Speed difference ratio is 4:1.The interleaving teeth can crush the scrap material such as scrap cars, steel, etc.,into appropriate sizes. The conveyor (or other transport method) is then sent these after pre-shredding material to the shredder for further processing.
