Box shear or inclined shear
 Also known as scrap shear baler, is one of the most versatile scrap processing machines in the market used to
shear car body and heavy metals.

This heavy duty metal shear machine is widely known for its shearing technique nearly every type of metal scrap - including scrap
from railway works, ships, demolition, car body, automobiles, steel works, and more can be easily processed by the box shear
that we build.

A box shear (also known as a winged shear or an inclined shear) built by us can convert light as well as bulky metal scrap
into highly dense and compact bales.
The fully autonomous shear gives high-density-low-volume scrap which reduces storage, transportation, and smelting costs, thus, bringing in higher yield and more profits.

We provide 4 types in this category that range from 500 to 1,250 tons shearing force.These machines have
a blade measuring 1500mm to 2000mm which are economical and suitable for shearing all metal scrap
materials up to that width. It can also shape the scrap with the upper and two side compression.The machine

Under normal conditions, the machine can shape and cut all kinds of metal components with size less than 8000x2000x1400 (LxWxH) and б B ≤450Mpa mixed steel scrap to make it a suitable smelting charge.

 

The machine adopts up compression and two sides of the compression of waste shaping and section feeding, coupled with a wide and large box design, so the adaptability of scrap raw materials, high density of shear scrap. The machine adopts hydraulic transmission and automatic electrical control system, with stable operation, reliable work, simple operation and so on

VI. Overview of the main structure of the machine

 

4.1 The main body is composed of a frame, a press head, a scissor slide seat and a scissor piece, a guide rail and a guide rail adjusting and fixing seat, a side pressure head and mounting support and other parts. Its main function is to complete the shaping and cutting of scrap steel raw materials. The frame, fixing seat and mounting bracket, pressing head are welded parts, and the scissors slide seat is cast steel parts.

4.2 The blade is made of high quality special alloy steel for cutting tools.

4.3 Side pressure cylinder adopts ultra-long stroke design

4.4 The front end face of the material bed is close to the main body, and the two are fixed by bolts to form a complete shearing machine body

4.5 The material bed is mainly composed of the material bed body, feeding slider, feeding and returning drive hydraulic cylinder, gland and other parts

4.6 The parallel advance and return of the feeding slider are realized by the feeding cylinder

4.7 The forward stroke size of feeding slider directly determines the length of feeding scrap, which is directly related to the production efficiency of shearing machine. Users can make appropriate adjustments according to the actual situation of their own production site.

4.8 Material bed gland mechanism, prevent spatter when cutting materials, simple shaping to facilitate raw materials into the press shear.
