SP220-400 Pre-shredder principle and performance
This machine is mainly used for pre-shredding empty cans, scrap cars, waste household appliances and packing pieces with a density less than 1.4 T/m³ into small pieces, and then sent to the shredder for further processing, as a pretreatment process before the shredder.
The front part of the pre-shredder is provided with a feeding hopper. The feeding method is that the steel scraper or electromagnetic sucker operator clamps the material to be processed onto the hopper. The hydraulic cylinder raises the hopper, dumping the waste into the pre-shredder.
Note: The metal bales with wirerope and steel bar can not be processed, the bales length will be ≤1500mm, the sectional area will be ≤650*650mm
The pre-shredder has two rotating rollers driven by hydraulic motors. Speed difference ratio is 4:1.The interleaving teeth can crush the scrap material such as scrap cars, steel, etc.,into appropriate sizes. The conveyor (or other transport method) is then sent these after pre-shredding material to the shredder for further processing.
