Product Description

Y81-315 scrap metal baler for metal recycling
 

This machine is a special equipment for processing plastic metal waste. After processing, the waste metal materials are pressed into rectangular packages with a certain density, so that it is easy to transport and storage, and provide high-quality raw materials for smelting industry.

 

Under normal conditions, the machine can extrude and pack into blocks all kinds of scrap car cab shells, mechanical and electrical product shells, metal components, metal packaging containers, black and non-ferrous metal wastes and waste round strips and materials produced by steelmaking rolling with the thickness of 4mm or less.

 

All moving parts of the machine are driven by hydraulic pressure, which works smoothly and makes little noise. The hydraulic system adopts plunger type pressure compensation automatic variable pump and integrated cartridge valve. The working pressure can be stepless adjusted within the allowable value. Electrical system adopts "PLC" programmable controller imported from Japan. With independent power device and electrical system, the whole machine is operated by centralized button control, set up the machine's working state simulation display device, fault warning and machine operation protection and cooling device, with semi-automatic and manual two ways of working. In order to facilitate the machine debugging, there is also a point to adjust the operation mode, which is selected through the transfer switch. The action of each station can be displayed by signal light, so that the operator can master the working state of the machine. Therefore, the machine has a high degree of automation, reliable work, high production efficiency.
