1.Principle of the shredder

2. Workflow

The material can be broken, after crushing from the grid hole into the vibration conveyor, and then sent to the discharge belt conveyor, through the vibration feeder to the magnetic separation system. In the magnetic separation system, scrap steel is sucked up and sent to the pile conveyor, and other materials fall into the non-magnetic material conveyor through its lower hopper. The pile conveyor can rotate around a fixed axis, and the scrap steel can be stacked in a large fan-shaped area. A hanging magnetic separator is set above the non-magnetic material conveyor, which can suck out the black metal on the non-magnetic material conveyor and reduce the amount of scrap steel leaking from the drum magnetic separation system.
3.The working conditions
1. The main engine and oil cylinder can adapt to the minimum temperature of -30ºC.
2, electrical, hydraulic station of the machine room, should take cold and dustproof measures, operating room glass should also be bulletproof measures.
3. When the ambient temperature is above 5ºC, the hydraulic system can be used with l-HM32 or L-HM46 hydraulic oil; When the ambient temperature is lower than 5ºC, it is recommended to use L-HV32 or L-HV46 hydraulic oil.
