1.Principle of the shredder

 

Psx-124108 Scrap steel crushing production line uses the principle of hammer strike, driven by high-speed, high-torque motor, hammer head on the host rotor takes turns to strike into the cavity to be broken, through the space formed between the lining plate and hammer head, will be broken into specifications of the broken, and then under the action of magnetic equipment, High quality broken steel with high purity can be obtained.



The broken steel is the preferred smelting charge for steel smelting enterprises in the world today, and it has the following advantages:

 

1.High yield rate. That is, the proportion of molten steel and scrap steel input is high.

 

2.The chemical composition of molten steel in each furnace is stable.

 

3.The content of phosphorus and sulfur in molten steel decreases.

 

4.When mixing with other scrap steel, broken steel can fill the gap and improve the feeding density.

2. Workflow

 

By the transport machinery (such as driving, ground crane, electromagnetic chuck, hydraulic crane, etc.) will be transported to the crawler scale conveyor, the material by its promotion, into the double roller feeding roller, the material by extrusion shaping, can smoothly enter the crusher. The crusher is provided with a water jet, the water can cool the hammer and avoid dust, for large and thick unbreakable scrap steel can be discharged through the discharge door of the crusher. The material can be broken, after crushing from the grid hole into the vibration conveyor, and then sent to the discharge belt conveyor, through the vibration feeder to the magnetic separation system. In the magnetic separation system, scrap steel is sucked up and sent to the pile conveyor, and other materials fall into the non-magnetic material conveyor through its lower hopper. The pile conveyor can rotate around a fixed axis, and the scrap steel can be stacked in a large fan-shaped area. A hanging magnetic separator is set above the non-magnetic material conveyor, which can suck out the black metal on the non-magnetic material conveyor and reduce the amount of scrap steel leaking from the drum magnetic separation system.

3.The working conditions

 

1. The main engine and oil cylinder can adapt to the minimum temperature of -30ºC.

 

2, electrical, hydraulic station of the machine room, should take cold and dustproof measures, operating room glass should also be bulletproof measures.

 

3. When the ambient temperature is above 5ºC, the hydraulic system can be used with l-HM32 or L-HM46 hydraulic oil; When the ambient temperature is lower than 5ºC, it is recommended to use L-HV32 or L-HV46 hydraulic oil.
