1.This machine is used to cold extrude the light thin plastic black and non-ferrous metal sheet and wire and other waste materials under the thickness of 3 mm into a certain shape and size of the package, which is convenient for storage, transportation, smelting into the furnace.

 

2. The machine adopts automatic circulation water cooling system, no waste of water except natural evaporation, and the cooling effect is remarkable. III.An overview of the main structure of the machine

 

The machine is composed of fuselage, master cylinder, side cylinder, cover cylinder, turning cylinder, power piping system, electrical system and cooling system. 

Machine working environment and protection

 

1. Working environment of the machine:

 

(1) Power supply: three-phase AC, voltage 380V (±10%), frequency 50HZ (±2%).

 

(2) Working medium: LHM46, LHM68 hydraulic oil.

 

(3) Below 2500 meters above sea level.

 

(4) Ambient temperature ≤40ºC.

 

(5) humidity: relative humidity does not exceed 90% when the ambient temperature is ±20ºC; When the ambient temperature is ±40 ° C, the relative humidity does not exceed 50%.

 

2, machine safety protection:

 

(1) Pressure overload protection: the highest working pressure of the hydraulic system is controlled by the safety relief valve.

 

(2) Motor overload protection: the motor overload protection of continuous operation is controlled by thermal relay.

 

(3) Oil cleanliness control: The machine is filtered by circulating filter system. When the oil filter is blocked and the pressure rises to 0.4mpa, the machine will stop automatically. At this time, the filter element of the oil filter can be removed for cleaning or replacement.

 

(4) Oil temperature control: when the oil temperature is higher than 40ºC, the cooling water tower starts to work. When the oil temperature is higher than 70ºC, the main motor of the machine stops working and the oil temperature is restored to the operating temperature range, the machine can start normally.
