Q91Y series Large door type shearing machine (single layer material box)

 

Single-layer material box shear machine is mainly aimed at the waste material, scrap car beam and strip of scrap metal shear processing.This series of cutting machine has 800T, 1000T, 1250T models for users to choose.
 

Under normal conditions, the machine can shape and cut all kinds of metal components with size less than 8000x2000x1400 (LxWxH) and б B ≤450Mpa mixed steel scrap to make it a suitable smelting charge.

 

The machine adopts up compression and two sides of the compression of waste shaping and section feeding, coupled with a wide and large box design, so the adaptability of scrap raw materials, high density of shear scrap. The machine adopts hydraulic transmission and automatic electrical control system, with stable operation, reliable work, simple operation and so on.
