Psx-88104 Scrap Metal Shredder line 

Shredder is a machine that tears large scrap into smaller portions of higher density that are free from rust and dust by hammers. These hammers beat, and shear the scrap fed into the machine until it is converted into the sheave size which is provided at the bottom structure of the machine. And with the help of magnetic separator, certain size of scrap ferrous will be collected.





The scrap steel shredder line is driven by the motor and uses hammer to tear the scrap steel into the broken material in accordance with the specifications. In the crushing process, rust, paint and other dirt on the surface of the scrap steel can be separated.Under the action of magnetic separation system, the non-metallic wastes such as ferrous metal, non-ferrous metal, plastic and rubber are collected separately.The pure broken steel with a bulk density of 1.2t/m3 was obtained.Scope of application: light and thin scrap material, scrap car shell, scrap block (light material, paint bucket, motorcycle frame, etc.), waste electrical appliances, etc.
